You Don’t Need to Know How to Pose

I often hear before a photoshoot:
“I’m not photogenic” or “I don’t know how to pose.”
And every time I smile — because in reality, you don’t need to pose at all.

A photoshoot isn’t an exam or a magazine cover shoot (though it can feel like one sometimes 😉).
It’s a moment to feel yourself, your emotions, and to live the experience.
The most beautiful photos come not from perfect poses,
but from authenticity.

When you laugh, hug, walk, or talk — you are alive.
You’re not thinking about where to put your hands or how to turn your head.
You’re just being yourself, and that’s where the magic happens.

My job as a photographer is not to make you pose,
but to help you relax, feel comfortable,
and create an atmosphere of trust and ease.
I’ll gently guide you — where to stand, how to turn toward the light —
but always naturally, without stiffness.

The shoot becomes a walk, a small adventure,
where you are your own inspiration.
